Just Surrender Moves Up Release Date Due To Leak Of "Phoenix"

Just Surrender has pushed up the date of their latest album, Phoenix, as a result of a leak this past weekend. The album can now be heard on Just Surrender's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/justsurrenderrock) where the album is streaming in its entirety. The album will be released digitally on iTunes, Amazon, and all other digital service providers June 22nd. "Take Me Home", the second single off of Phoenix, will still be available exclusively on iTunes June 15th. iTunes will also feature the album and music video for "On My Own" at $7.99 on the digital release date. Physical copies of the album will be available at stores nationwide on July 13th. Fans who attend any of Just Surrender's upcoming tour dates will be able to purchase the physical album at the venue, as well as the 7" color vinyl singles for "On My Own" and "Take Me Home."

New York-based Just Surrender is Jason Maffucci (vocals), Dan Simons (vocals/guitars), Hammer (bass), Jolly Ubriaco (guitars) and Steve Miller (drums). The band formed right out of high school in 2003 and haven't stopped since. They have sold over 40,000 albums to date with their two previous independent releases and have maintained a consistent presence on the punk/emo touring scene. Just Surrender has previously played with bands including The Starting Line, All Time Low, We The Kings, Taking Back Sunday, and Bowling For Soup amongst others, as well as performed on the Vans Warped Tour and Bamboozle. They are currently playing dates on the Zumies Couch Tour.
